Turkey & pinaple sandwich
Serves 4 people
800g turkey meat in cubes
Fresh (or canned) pinaple - 12 bits
12 bacon stips
Sweet & sour chilly sauce
Chili power (optional)
Salt & pepper
2 wholegrain baguettes
cream cheese with chives
Place the turkey cubes in a bowl. Sprinkle with chili and soy sauce and refrigerate for an hour.
Roll 1 pinaple bit in a bacon strip and do the same with the rest of it.
Compose your skewers : alternate turkey meat and pinaple bits in a nice way.
Barbecue or grill the skewers. Let it cool down. Remove the skewers.
Cut the bread in two horizontally. Spread the cream cheese on both sides. Cover one side with watercress and the other side with the meat. Bring both sides together !
